Selva di Val Gardena (known as Wolkenstein in German and Sëlva in the local majority Ladin language) is the best known of the ski resorts in the Val Gardena - at least on the English-speaking market.
It's the most "ski resort"-like of the three towns and also the furthest away from the entrance to the valley and the highest in altitude.
